Empowering Anger with Baqvas

First show of the new year and the only things I can think about because of the news cycle is dismantling systems of oppression and how protective patriarchy is of violence. Countering that by uplifting/believing/supporting women, gender nonconforming people, queer and trans folks, and people of color is so important and this is my take on doing so by translating all of these thoughts towards a set of high energy music.

Playing music by queer and trans identified artists, lots of female artists, black artists, and artists from the south asian, latinx, and afghan diasporas, respectively.
