This is Sunny and Skeptical’s first ever live episode! Aside from an obscene amount of coffee to help keep me awake since 4:30am, I’m joined by my fellow poet and friend, Rashaun Sourles. We played a bit of hip hop, electronic, and some splashes of genres in between from artists including Sandy's, Joyce Wrice, Rick Jenkins, Sunni Colón, J. Cole, Rubblebucket, Toro y Moi, Massive Attack, SZA, Alleyes Manifest, and Young Fathers among other indubitably choice artists.
During one of the mic breaks, Rashaun recommended a neat podcast- check out Dead End Hip Hop.
