The Solaris episode. This score was Tarkovsky and Artemiev's first collaboration, and they created a serenely maddening atmosphere that is equal parts unnerving and beautiful. It's been 50 years since the film was first released, and we're still not over it.
David visits the show with a tracklist that brings a ghost copy of this music back to haunt us. It's sentient space ocean levels of ambient and moody, and it's very very good.
