EP064: Singing Has the Color of Damp Violets

There are various kinds of lights available, each with its unique properties and applications. Incandescent lights, characterized by a glowing filament, produce warm, yellowish light and are commonly used in residential settings. Fluorescent lights, which utilize gas and phosphors, emit cool, white light and are often found in commercial spaces. LED lights, based on light-emitting diodes, are energy-efficient, long-lasting, and versatile, available in a range of colors. They have become increasingly popular for both residential and commercial lighting. Halogen lights offer a bright, white light and are commonly used for focused illumination. Additionally, there are specialty lights like neon lights, which produce vibrant, glowing colors, and UV lights, used for applications such as sterilization. And then there are experimental music lights, like the ones featured here.
