U2 is a powerful band.
I've been revisiting their music after a long time away in anticipation of seeing the opening night of their Achtung Baby Live residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas. I couldn't resist the pull of Gen X nostalgia (which doesn't come cheap!). And what I've (re)discovered is that despite some major clunkers (Pop Mart, anyone?) U2 still hits for me. Hard.
It's going to be one hell of a weekend in Vegas.
