If you're a creator of podcasts, or have secretly always wanted to be one, The BFF.fm Podcast Network might just be your new home. We provide free hosting, support, mentorship, and community for Bay Area podcasters from all walks of life, and especially seek to amplify the voices of those in marginalized communities.

We are looking for:

  • New podcasters who have an idea for a podcast or have recorded only a handful of episodes. Think of us as a nice warm nest you can live in until you're able to fly on your own!
  • Experienced podcasters who want to start a totally new project. What better way to gain a fresh perspective than to collaborate with someone approaching podcasting for the first time?
  • Seasoned mentors who have skills they'd like to share with podcasters at all levels.

If selected for inclusion in the network, you'll be matched with a mentor who can help you hone your creativity, add some polish to your production, or find and build an audience. You and your new mentor will decide together how long to collaborate, where and how often you’ll meet, and what you’ll focus on.

One last thing: we're not here to get rich, we're here to make awesome podcasts. If your main goal is monetization then we may not be the right network for you. But, if we can help you grow your podcast to the point where you're raking in the mattress ad money, we'll take pride in saying we knew you way back when as you move on to greener pastures.
