DJmaDRE loves sharing the joy of music through the art of DJ-ing. Her heart is grounded in the sounds of her native Bay Area, as her spirit travels around the globe looking for bass-filled connections through sound. Hip Hop is her root and primary vibe, and her tree touches all areas and locations that travel that path. Bay Area rap and future bass, baile funk, dancehall, reggaeton, afro beats and rhythms from everywhere as we travel across space and time with music as our rocket ship!

DJmaDRE started as a DJ in the 90's, specializing in global beats. Since then, she's worked a variety of private events and club nights.  Her current residencies include: Emporium SF, Emporium Oakland, and The Royale.  She has also held residencies at the Abbey Tavern, Forgery, Urchin, The Redwood Room, Chambers, and Cantina. Recent gigs include Hawthorn, Monarch and 1015 Folsom.
