1. Belong // Realistic IX (Kranky) 

Holy shit, Belong released their first album in THIRTEEN YEARS. I never thought they would put anything out again. It exceeded my expectations.

2. Melt Banana // 3+5 (A-Zap)Holy shit, Melt Banana released their first album in ELEVEN YEARS. This also exceeded my expectations.

3. Deprogrammer Cult // Tactics For Manipulation (Constant Disappointment)This is an insanely good debut album and not just because they're old friends. This will rip your face off.

4. Flying Lotus // Spirit Box (Warp)

Flylo stealth dropped a new EP at the end of October. Can't wait for the new movie. 

5. Rod Modell // Music For Bus Stations (Silentes)

Longform ambient in the style of Eno's Music For Airports. This hit the spot.
