Delicate, aromatic, and easy to prepare, Pesto Alla Trapanese is a slight variation of the Genoa traditional one, with almonds, tomatoes, and pecorino instead of Parmigiano and pine nuts.
In the mix: penne rigate, basil, Roma tomatoes, raw almonds, pecorino cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper. Also, this time we need a mixer too... or the traditional mortar, if you got one. Of course, paired with the freshest music selection from yours truly. Enjoy
